Jay Shafer takes you inside his tiny 100 square foot home. Since 1997 he's been living in a house smaller than most people's closets. I don't think I'll ever complain about a small apartment again.
Jay talks about his reasons behind designing these tiny homes, which are mostly environmental... though he does mention that he doesn't like vacuuming. :)

Oh, I could totally live in one of these, as long as it was on a decent sized plot of land. The only thing I'd change would be to make the loft ceiling higher. Too claustrophobic! I don't want to hit my head everyday when I wake up!

People really don't need That much space, really.
There's something about small living spaces that feel cozy, like a warm blanket.
Now if they added some solar pannels on the roof, that would be awesome!
