The new police chief in Flint, Michigan is cracking down on the victimless act known as pants sagging. Call it a fashion faux pas, call it bad taste -- CALL IT ILLEGAL!

I'm really glad that someone is stepping up to fight these hoodlums... they think they can show off their boxers in plain daylight and nobody's gonna do anything about it? Not anymore!

Sag your pants in Flint and face disorderly conduct or indecent exposure charges thanks to top cop David Hicks, who wrote in a departmental memo, "this immoral self expression goes beyond freedom of expression."

The Detroit Free Press recently reported on the story:

Dicks, 41, broke down his interpretation of the laws as such: Pants pulled completely below the buttocks with underwear showing is disorderly conduct; saggy pants with skin of the buttocks showing is indecent exposure, and saggy pants, not completely below the buttocks, with underwear exposed results in a warning.

Flint sounds like a great place to live if you don't mind the occasional discrimination or loss of civil liberties. And while you're at check out this hilarious sagging video Annie found:

People who sag look like they don't understand how pants actually work anyway. Like someone trying to wear a hat on their knee. I've always thought it looks ridiculous, plus, I really don't wanna see their boxers, or their asses. Are there women out there that actually find this trend sexy? I don't get the point, they have to hold their pants up with one hand 90% of the time, and it appears that most of them hold the crotch area of their pants. It almost makes them looks infantile, like a baby holding it's diaper on because it just took a massive dump and doesn't want to let the diaper fall. I think it's silly to make it illegal, but I won't miss it one bit.
