I'm equally amused and repelled by this Facebook parody, which demonstrates why all social networks need to develop new and innovative ways to keep out the creepy old guys. The backup vocals guy reminds me of a douchebag version of Michael McDonald.
If nothing else, we will always know that Bill O'Reilly knows how to get a party started. I can see the hands flying up in the nightclub air right now... And just in case you missed the original, here you go.

[via technabob]Flickr user Joe D! refaces U.S. bills to resemble pop culture icons in his collection: Refacing Government Tender. Aside from the humorous aspect of the refacing -- the project makes you think about the real value of paper money -- an important question nowadays as we watch the value of the U.S. dollar plummet.
As a side note, I wonder what would happen if he tried to spend his art. Would merchants would accept the bills? Legal tender is legal tender, although I'm not versed in the legality of "refacing" currency.

This cartoon never gets old. I remember watching it as a kid, but it was already retro by then (the toon was released in 1969). Classic pwnage at its finest.

We were watching this yesterday at Epic-Fu HQ and almost forgot to post it.
Here, the boys of South Park end up at the Department of Internet Money attempting to collect the riches they've made from their successful web video: What, What in the Butt. In the end, they learn a valuable lesson.
I saw Andy Carvin link to this little trick on Twitter and I thought it was pretty damn cool. It's a script that matches regular characters to their flipped equivalents. Unless you're a web coder, you might not realize just how many tons of characters can be generated on a computer.
There's another script here, in case the one I linked to (above) goes down in the future.

Our friends are brilliant -- and totally gay for each other! :) If only we were all so gay for one another, the world would be a wonderful place... especially with the Perfect Strangers theme song playing as our eternal soundtrack.
I don't remember what this was about, but I'm glad we were rolling video on it!

There is nothing more to say than: "just watch." And... "this puppy freakin' rocks."
I wouldn't normally post television content, but this is just too damn funny to pass up. Ellen demonstrates the Hawaii chair, which apparently is supposed to work your abs as you go on about your work day. Thing is -- can you actually get any work done sitting on something like this??
What will happen? It's like Y2K all over again. The horror!!
Our friend Paul Dateh was in New York and went to see our friends at Rocketboom. The result? A charming casual Friday episode. :)
OMG. This is brilliant. How did we miss it!?! :)
Microsoft's hostile bid for Yahoo hasn't come without backlash (duh). Fearing the inevitable Microsoft conversion of Yahoo-owned Flickr, almost 3,000 Flickr users have joined the Microsoft keep your evil grubby hands off of our Flickr Flickr group. The above image is 1 of 100's submitted to the group's photo pool.
I'm not thrilled at the idea of Microsoft owning Flickr, but I'm not ready to stop using one of my favorite social networks just yet. How about you guys?

Barackula the musical will be making its online debut this month. It's Michael Jackson's Thriller meets Jesus Christ Superstar meets... vampires. What more can one ask for?
The fictional story tells of a young Obama fighting off the forces of darkness at Harvard Law. Obama (played by Justin Sherman) must convince the secret vampire society that opposing political philosophies can co-exist or else he gets swallowed by the dark side.
Doesn't matter who I'm voting for, I'm sold just on the dancing vampires.
Rick twittered this a while back, and it's the funniest LOLcat animation ever. :)
Everyone loves a good practical joke right? We are pranksters in hiding here at EPIC-FU HQ, and revel in a good laugh. So it was great to see that humor knows no boundaries... especially when it involves a phone, Arnold Schwarzenegger, and a politician running for office. :)
We've been laughing at this all day and we figured we'd post it here for those of you who may not have seen it yet. It has to be one of Sarah Silverman's funniest bits. Enjoy. :)
Maybe you've heard the controversy surrounding Google's Street View feature in Google Maps. Check out this funny yet poignant video by The Vacationeers that gives us a glimpse into what our Google overlords might be planning next.
Our friend Paul Dateh was just telling us a story told to him by Johnny Juice.
It goes something like this: James Brown invites Michael Jackson on stage, Michael performs for about 30 seconds then asks James to invite his friend Prince on stage (James has never heard of him). Prince finally emerges through the crowd on a large man's back. On stage, he plucks a few awkward strings on an electric guitar, strips down, rubs his body in a very "emotional" way and attempts to crawl up a fake lamp post... but falls off stage.
It's one of those things you just have to see.

Let me give you a piece of advice. Never mess with a man's computer. Unless it's a harmless prank like this one for inverting the colors on any Mac OS X machine. Use this keystroke combination:
Go ahead and try it. Use the same keystroke to go back to normal. Like every other prank, the set up is most important. So before you start control-opt-command-eighting all of your friends, you might want to tell them about the new Mac virus that's corrupting LCD displays. Have fun!
Jason on MIX found the latest Jon Lajoie joint, and as usual it's hysterical. We spotlighted Everyday Normal Guy a few weeks ago on EPIC-FU and it got a great reception. The guy is definitely a talented comedian, I think he's going to do great stuff in the future that will reach a large audience.
Check out Everyday Normal Guy 2!
